Tuesday

Family

I got a chance to spend the afternoon with Shelia and her family. All her kids came back home for the weekend to celebrate Tessa (their grand-daughter's) 1st birthday. Although it drizzled a bit, we were still able to get some fall colors outdoors. Everyone in the family was definitely a "Go Blue!" U of M fans. Hope you had a wonderful birthday Tessa and enjoyed lots of cake too!

Wednesday

Buffalo Wings & Rings

I was invited to the grand opening of Buffalo Wings & Rings out in Chesterfield. It is the first restaurant of its kind here in Michigan. I was very honored to be a part of this special event. The decor inside was very cool....I loved the colors and the different textures all over. Check out the unique lights that were upside down steel buckets. Take a look at some of the delicious food and I am sure it will make your mouth water. Go for a night out at Buffalo Wings & Rings and satisfy your taste buds. Best Wishes Michelle & Kyle for a successful restaurant!!

Sunday

Bethany in the Alley

I had such an enjoyable time out with Bethany. I got a chance to get to know her more and find out what she plans for after high school. She will be a senior this coming year and we got a jump start on her senior pics. We talked, laughed and enjoyed stomping around town to find some great places for photos....especially in the alley!! Growing up watching "The Three Stooges", I had to stop and have Bethany join Curly, Larry and Moe. We had so many wonderful pictures it was hard to pick from, but here are some of my favorites. Blessings to you Bethany when graduation finally arrives!

Saturday

Baby Riley

It was a pleasure to meet Riley for the first time. I could tell that his mom and dad loved him very much and were so glad that he finally arrived! He was only 2 weeks old during this shoot. We caught many different expressions of Riley but I think by the end he was tired out. He was such a good sport too because eariler in the day he had his Dr's visit and a few ouchy shots. I know that mom and dad are going to enjoy the many stages of Riley's life....here are just a few of the beginnings.

Tuesday

Baby Nicholas and Sister Mia

We had a fun afternoon with big sister Mia and her new baby brother Nicholas. Nicholas was a bit hungry during the shoot as you can see from one of the pictures of him eating his hand.....yummy!! He was quite a trooper through the whole adventure. I just love babies and their sweet innocence. I especially love their feets!!

Friday

Aiesha..."Catch that Smile"

I had a fun afternoon out with Aiesha at the mall.....no we didn't do any shopping. Peggy at Twelve Oaks Mall was gracious enough to give me permission to shoot Aiesha's senior pictures there. You would never guess that some of the places we found were inside a mall! She came all the way up from Kentucky and while she was visiting in Michigan, she had her senior pictures taken. I love her smile and thought her face just lite up everytime she smiled. Take a look at some of my favorites and see if you can't "catch that smile"!! :)
